MAHALO TO THE ATHERTON FAMILY FOUNDATION MOLOKA`I, HAWAI`I

A big Mahalo to the Atherton Family Foundation for their support and generous donations. Moloka`i is truly the "Friendly Island". We were welcomed with warm kindness from everyone we met on Moloka`i. Our surveying work on Moloka`i started on September 9, 2022. Although, Moloka`i is experiencing a severe drought for the past 2 years causing limited vegetation, dry exposed dirt lands, and deer that are starving. Moloka`i is still a beautiful place and we are honored to be able to survey for invasive pest species for the people of Moloka`i and all of Hawai`i.
