Joshlyn D. Sand, Director of Honolulu Botanical Gardens received the second Variegated Crown Flower 'Dana Anne Yee' on behalf of our treasured City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu Botanical Gardens on October 12, 2023. (The first Variegated Crown Flower 'Dana Anne Yee' was struggling at Foster Garden). Josh has been a champion for the gardens and her infectious smile and kind ways have been a gift to our treasured gardens. We, at the Dana Anne Yee Foundation are proud to gift one of 7 of our rare plants to the Honolulu Botanical Gardens to care for and grow.
